Daisies, dahlias, breadcrumbs and beadlets, squirts, stars, snakelocks and sponges... words that describe just a few of the wonderful species of marine wildlife, flora and fauna, that live under, in and above Ryde's iconic Pier!  Join the team of ecologists and artists at Artecology and Arc for this year's Under The Pier 2018 as we explore this most unusual of water worlds... just yards from Ryde's busy ferry port and main streets!

Featuring special guests, iWatchWildlife, who'll be helping us to record all our finds, and Bird Aware Solent who'll help us identify our coastal birds and explain what we can do to help support them.

Bring a bucket, net and make sure to wear waterproof shoes. This is a free event for all the family - all children must be accompanied by an adult though!
